I had to put my jumper over the steering wheel driving the kids to school this morning!  Winter sure has hit and I was'nt quite prepared hence I gathered no gloves for the school run!

Scented Candle Heaven from La Sultane de Saba

These truly are the most gorgeous candles for around the home with 50 hours burning time.

They come in fragrances of Amber, Lotus & Neroli, Ayurvedic and Fleur d'Orange.  There is also an amazing Shea Butter, Frangipani & Lotus Treatment candle which is extinguished after 20 minutes and the melted shea butter poured over hands or body.  Heaven!

Hamam at Le Kalon Spa - London

 Le Kalon Spa is situated within the Bentley Hotel, Gloucester Road.  This little oasis of calm and tranquility was a very welcome treat this morning with a couple of friends. I would certainly recommend sharing the experience with a friend or two if you go.  The authentic marble "Hamam", is  a rare and opulent feature in hotels. Based on ancient cleansing rituals, one sits within this steamy environment, whilst their muscles are warmed and their skins purged of impurities before Eucalyptic Black Soap is applied and a fabulous abrasive mitt is rubbed rhythmically over the body on the marble table within the Hamam. Even the therapists are exotic and blend well with the authenticity of this opulent little den. 

After our Hamam we were replenished with teas, fruit cocktails and platters, before being indulged with a La Sultan da Saba Muscle Melt Massage.  A melted concoction of pure shea butter and rose oil - HEAVEN!   This spa range certainly takes some beating.  Such heavenly aroma's and textures for parched Autumnal skins.

Huge apologies to anyone who does actually read this blog!  November is my birthday month and sadly it is always totally manic with work, school demands, and the thought of everything that needs to be done before  dashing off to the sun!  This year it's Phuket Thailand.  Despite it not coming soon enough, there is loads to be done prior to and therefore I'm sorry for my lack of commitment to this blog of late but I shall be back real soon before the festive season kicks off!
